Hungry For God

Monday, August 06, 2007

I wish I had more time to blog....to share with you everything that God is doing.

It is 100 degrees outside with about 90% humidity. I feel like we live in Houston, TX again. Who knew Nebraska could be so sweltering? We will be having ice for dinner. Or, maybe icecream...hmmm...rocky road. With cheetos! ;)

As for finding a church - I have only ready 2 of your posts - and I think I understand....I have an idea if you are open....What do you think about attending church online? - watching a live service?
I'd love to talk to you live or email....gotta go for now but I will be home later tonight.

My 5 year old son ask if he could come to dinner at your house tonight, as you are having all of his favorites.

This if the blogsite of a former pastor. (I tinhk, he says he lost his ministy) He talks about what he calls Post Traumaitc Church Disorder, or PTCD. It is very insightful, and instructive. He is on his third part, but I would suggest reading from part one on through.

I check this site everyday as my devotional time. Hoping to see more of your thoughts. They do not need to be profound. But putting it in words helps what's stuck inside come out.

PS, mistated the first sentence. It should read, "in my devotional time.", not "AS my devotional time. The othre way is just kind of creepy.
